Returns for Refund
If you received the wrong item or wrong quantity of items, please contact Jafanda Support. In the case that your order is lost in transit, a replacement will be issued after validation.
All returns for refund must be authorized by Jafanda within 30 days of delivery with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) Number. You can obtain the RMA number for your return by contacting Jafanda Support within the return period for products.
There is no restocking fee for returning an item.
We will refund you for any returned items in the same method you paid for the items. Typical turnaround time is 3 to 5 working days.
A return label will be emailed to you for returning the item.
Returns for Replacement
We are happy to offer an exchange for you if the product that you received is defective or damaged.
All returns for replacement must be authorized by Jafanda within 30 days of delivery with a valid RMA Number.
We will provide a return shipping label within 30 days of delivery.
Any returned item that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return. Returned items that show malicious and/or intentional physical damage is not covered under this policy.

1. Jafanda reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Return Policy at our discretion. Any change to this Policy applies to orders placed after modifications get posted.
2. If your request does not meet all of the above criteria but you still want to make a request, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Under certain circumstances, and at our discretion, we may still be able to proceed with your request.
