Return Policy

Jafanda stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, looking to meet and exceed every customer's expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or refund.

All defective returns and all returns after the 30 day return period must be made under the terms of Jafanda's limited warranty.

For any indirect purchase, that is (1) any purchase not made directly from or (2) any purchase made from one of our authorized resellers (such as Amazon), please refer to the Reseller's Return Policy Or contact your direct dealer. We do not accept returns on indirect purchases.

If you receive the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please contact Jafanda Support. If your order is lost in transit, we will reissue it after verification. No refunds will be given.

All returns must be authorized by Jafanda within 30 days of delivery and provide a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. Returns of any kind will not be accepted without an RMA number. You can obtain an RMA number and prepaid shipping label for your return by contacting Jafanda Support during the product return period. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days after issuance and all returns must be shipped within 15 days of receipt of the RMA number. Returns shipped without a valid RMA number or after the RMA number has expired will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

How to Return A Product

1, Label
Once your return is approved, a prepaid shipping label and RMA receipt will be emailed to you. Please print these two documents and attach them securely to the outside of the box. The barcode on the RMA slip must be clearly visible.

If you select a different shipping method and/or carrier than those provided by Jafanda, you are responsible for all shipping, handling, and handling costs of returning the Jafanda Equipment.

2, Return packaging
All authorized returns must be in the original packaging and include all accessories (power cord, charger, manual, etc.) that came with the item. Product must be completely repackaged in original packaging. You must also attach a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.

On the outside of the package, secure the return label and RMA slip, verify that all contents are included in the return package, and then seal the package. Please check that all information on the return label is correct before shipping.

Refund Policy

Refunds for authorized returns will be processed within 30 days of Jafanda’s receipt of the returned merchandise. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please be sure to keep a copy of your proof of delivery. If Jafanda is unable to verify receipt of the returned item, Jafanda will not be responsible for any repair, replacement, or refund of the returned device.


Any returned items that have shown excessive wear, use or modification will not be returned for return. Items returned with malicious intent and/or intentional physical damage are not covered by this policy.
