Had my filter for 3 years now. Keep it near our cat box. Keeps orders and dust to a minimum. Looking forward to may more years of clean air. Typically replace filters every 10 months

The filter that was in when I bought my JF239 lasted a good 6 months. I just bought my first replacement filter from Jafanda. It was a reasonable price and very easy to replace. Just follow the instructions.

I bought 1 air purifier with Amazon and I bought this one here my concern is how is possible this one the lights doesn’t even work, I thought this things are check and double check for complete costumer satisfaction of course I am thinking and buy another one and filters but I just don’t know what I am going to get and 4 starts because I am sure is not company’s fault but ether workers or who ever is in charge need attention of details of course I know is going to end up being delivering issue but someone seriously needs to care a bit more from now on

I replaced the filter, but the unit is still showing a red filter light. Now, the lamp light does not work. The unit may be failing which seems early for this to happen for this price the cost of the unit.
delivery right from the overseas factory - risk of customs and long transit times. Other filters of this brand are readily available on amazon.ca - not this one though...

I have been trying to contact this company to return my items for a week and have yet to hear from anyone!! I now have a dispute in with my credit card company to deal with them! Purchase with caution!!
Package arrived in good condition sleep rip in filter screen, but it’s OK. I didn’t get a response to my question as to when the product would arrive. It did take a long time, but it did finally arrive. I had difficulty with Amazon ordering this product. They never told me when it would arrive, so I tried it twice through them. I got nowhere so I cancelled it and then when I tried with you directly for the defend that triple nine filter replacements I got one response which asked for my order number then when I sent the order number, they didn’t send me anything back to let me know when it would arrive, but it did finally arrive and I’m happy with it. Thank you.
It was my fault for not checking my delivery address when I purchased a big group of your filters. It is very difficult to connect to your delivery group. I wrote and phoned them and they kept saying to check with either the USPS or with your company. Nothing yet! Where do I go from here?
It seems to work well. There is no display like the other model telling you where the air quality is at. You have to trust it is working. Air feels fresh; cool. Quiet.
We bought this when the fires were raging, and there was so much smoke. We now realize this is very handy just on a regular basis and keeps the dust to a bare minimum in the house.

I sent them an email after receiving my filter that one of the filters fans were making a loud noise. No response. My other filter is working well.
