Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.
Jafanda air purifiers are covered under 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. To extend your warranty for an additional year, please submit the product registration form via www.jafanda.com/pages/warranty

Yes it has the standard filter in it. Before use, please make sure the plastic bag outside the filter is removed and properly installed.
Depending on the degree of environmental pollution and usage, we recommend replacing it every 3-6 months. The pre-filter captures large particles like hair and fiber and can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner every 2-4 weeks to maintain its effect. The HEPA and carbon filters cannot be cleaned. If the filter has begun to emit peculiar smell, please replace it with a new filter immediately. The replacement filters can be purchased in our store.

The outer pre-filter should be cleaned every 2–4 weeks to increase efficiency and extend the life of your filter. Clean the pre-filter using a soft brush or vacuum hose to remove hair, dust, and large particles. Do not clean the filter with water or other liquids.
