The item is GREAT! The communication with Jafanda as well as SHOP was not good at all. No tracking information and no reply to my messages via Jafanda. SHOP never recieved any info regarding the shipping and I was left in the dark. I hate to do it, but it looks like once Amazon receives a new shipment, I’ll order my filters from them.
Everything withe product quality is fine. Length of time receiving product could be better 5-6 weeks is too long!
Product arrived on time. It clears cigar smoke very quickly. It was designed for 1,000 sqft. I use it in a 144 sq.ft. room.
Testing to see if I would like to put one more to clear the smoke even faster.

We had a lot of trouble trying to get into the web page to order filters. When we had finally ordered - we had a new window that gave a better price and wanted us to order a second time which we did. We received the first order but have not received the second order.
"pack of 4" to me meant 4 "air filter replacements" kits. Since a machine takes 2 filters and I have 2, I'll have to repeat this long procedure of buying and follow-up in less than a year. Took long enough to receive them, given the price and misrepresentation, I really feel like Ill have to find another solution for the future.
It took over 2 months for me to get the filters , unacceptable

Inventory terrible. I had to order from a separate supplier in order to get some. They did eventually arrive, so now i have a 2 year supply.
Due to some technical issues, the order delayed, but received it in some time. It does create a significant difference in the kids health. So recommended to everyone.

Very disappointed, the purchase was made, charged to my card and never delivered. with no explanation as to why. I had to write an e-mail to inquire as to what was happening.

I really find these work well and last about as long as the filter life says they will.
